Pittsburg State University
The Music Department at Pittsburg State University is currently offering Music Scholarships for new undergraduate students starting in Fall (August) 2020. Qualified students may audition for scholarships on all wind, brass, percussion, woodwind, string and keyboard instruments, and voice. Music scholarship amounts are determined by the faculty of the area in which the student auditions. Any student, regardless of academic major, may audition for a scholarship.

International Applicants: On the application, select "By Appointment" and put a link to your audition video in the "Comment/Questions" box. International applicants do not need to audition in person.

For first consideration, submit scholarship application and audition video by February 21, 2020.

In addition, all students, regardless of major, are eligible to join the Marching Band, Pep Band, Orchestra, Symphony, and Choir. Those joining the Marching Band will receive a $400 stipend and $250 for Pep Band each semester.
International students are encouraged to apply! The Music Department at Pitt State has welcomed numerous students from around the world.
